Meet Sadie!

Sadie is a lucky 1 year old Lab/Golden Retriever mix. Growing up she wasn't kept current on her vaccinations, wasn't trained, and wasn't spayed. It's a wonder she didn't end up sick or pregnant! This beautiful girl was kenneled up almost 24/7 and she would bark desperately for someone, anyone, to come let her out and play with her, or even just sit with her. When she was finally let out, she was frequently kenneled again because of her pent up energy. This led to her being surrendered to us. Sadie has some issues that will need work because of her lack of training and socilization. She's very shy with new people for the first day or so and has no idea how to act around other dogs. This is her biggest issue and it may be best if Sadie goes to a home where she can be an only child. Despite everything Sadie has been through she is very sweet. Once she warms up to you all she wants is to snuggle up in your lap and drown you in kisses. She soaks up human affection like a dry sponge. If you think you have room in your home and heart, consider adopting Sadie.
