Meet Honey!

Honey is a 1 year old American Pit Bull Terrier. She is super sweet and she'll have a strong bond to her owner.  She is unsure of strangers, especially men, barking and growling at men she doesn't know. Honey also has an issue with resource guarding, she snapped at my seven month old pup and a 6 week old pup, with time and training this will go away. She'll be a great dog with the right owner. Honey is good with the cats, usually plays gentle with the little pups, and plays well with my dogs. She does best with daily exercise and prefers to sleep under the covers with us. Honey does okay off leash for a while and she does pretty well with her recall. She is also learning the commands sit and stay. Honey seems to do well with small kids; Cody was watching a 4 year old and said they played really well together. Of course, like any dog, I wouldn't recommend leaving her with a kid unsupervised.
